Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a penalty fee/rebooking charge.

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Any guest who misses an appointment without cancellation notice more than once, will be required in future to pay the full service amount at the time of booking to confirm appointment reservation.

If payment is not made at time of booking no reservation will be confirmed and is subject to cancellation.

All new clients booking an appointment for colour or extension services lasting more than 2 ½ hours require a consultation at least 5 working days prior to their visit.

A non-refundable booking fee of 50% is required to secure bookings and until the booking fee is paid, no appointment reservations are confirmed. Please note, all quotes given are estimates and pricing can be reconfirmed throughout service.

All booking fee’s are non-refundable and non-transferable if less than 48 hours cancellation notice is provided. We require 3 days notice for appointments in excess of 3 hours.

The prices outlined on our bridal services page are indicative. We cost for our bridal services on a case by case basis, depending on what is required. An accurate quote can be provided at a free consultation in our salon.

For venue styling services, please note, we charge an additional fee of £10 to cover insurances and for any venues more than 5 miles from the salon we also include a fee to cover travel. For weddings falling on a Sunday or a bank holiday we also charge an extra £50.

To confirm a booking we take a 50% deposit up front which is non-refundable if less than 2 weeks notice is provided on cancellation. We will take the remaining payment for our services 24 hours prior to the wedding day.

Our bridal trial service must take place in the salon at least 2 weeks prior to the wedding and please note any additional trials for brides or the extended bridal party will be charged at £45 per person. If you require our services for a wedding party of 4 or more we ask that you request a further quote as additional stylists may be required.
